The Flat Fee Financial Planning Services engagement process is simple.
Introductory Conversation
Learning about your planning priorities, assessing a mutual fit, and sharing about our services and pricing to affirm next steps. To receive a flat fee quote for services, we will send our secure client assessment to collect necessary information in order to schedule the next conversation.
Plan of Action Conversation
Presenting the flat fee quote, discussing how our services will address your planning priorities, and answering any questions you might have to arrive at a decision. To move forward, we will send a client agreement for your review and e-signature.
Getting to Know You
After completing our secure client intake form, meeting again to understand your financial and life dreams, needs, and aspirations to help us develop recommendations that you will be more likely to implement.
Presentation of Recommendations
Reviewing our recommendations with you and answering any questions you might have. Once everything is finalized, you will have everything you need to act on our recommendations, which then brings the engagement to a close.

Higher levels of complexity are based on the increasing number of intricacies in a client’s financial situation. Levels one, two, three, and four are incremental levels of complexity, whereas level five is exponentially more complex.

- $2,490 – $4,980, based on $249 hourly rate
Level Two
- Low to moderate complexity
- Usually between 15-30 hours
- $3,735 – $7,470, based on $249 hourly rate
Level Three
- Moderate complexity
- Usually between 20-35 hours
- $4,980 – $8,715, based on $249 hourly rate
Level Four
- Moderate to high complexity
- Usually between 25-40 hours
- $6,225 – $9,960, based on $249 hourly rate
Level Five
- High complexity
- Usually 40 hours or more
- $9,960 or more, based on $249 hourly rate
One half (50%) of the fee is collected upon execution of the agreement, and the remaining balance is due upon presentation of our recommendations.
The price of the Flat Fee Financial Planning Services engagement will be established before you agree to work with us.
After this engagement, future reviews can be a fraction of the initial cost through Hourly Financial Advising Services engagements.
